Property Portal is a property management platform that facilitates communication and transactions between property owners and administrators. The Service provides tools for:

  • Property listing and management
  • Maintenance request submission and tracking
  • Invoice generation and payment processing
  • Document storage and sharing
  • Communication between property owners and administrators

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

6. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscription-based services will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Property Portal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service Availability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property Portal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Dispute Resolution
